Hi, I don't see a download from the manufacturer's web site either, you can try running a free scan for updated Mustek drivers for Vista here though. Good luck!

Vista drivers are Vista drivers. As long as you are not doing anything regarding the 32-bit/64-bit line, everything should work fine. The 32-bit Vista driver model doesn't change with the specific flavor of Vista. The same thing with the 64-bit version. So if the drivers work in the 32-bit version of Vista Home Premium, they will also work unchanged in the 32-bit version of Vista Ultimate. And if you are doing an in-place upgrade, you don't need to even try to reinstall the drivers anyway.
Before you install Vista, you can run "Compatibity test" its part of Vista install. It will suggest any drivers that it may not have.
Howover, Vista will install with Majority of the Drivers builtin as standard. Once installed if you find there are specific drivers missing you can download them directly of the manufacturers website.
My friend you must be pacient, windows vista is genarating a lot of problems with hardware drivers, due to incompatibility, try sending an email to ASUS to post your problem, it's the best i can do right now :(
Sorry
