You might want to check the memory on your printer, since it your printer has a low memory then it could take forever to print. I would check the setting for the printer and see if the box labeled start printing after last page is spooled, becuase then the printer will wait for the entire document, you want to change that to start printing immediately and make sure spool print documents is cheecked.

Why is it that restart itself when work is in process

There are several potential reasons why an embroidery machine might restart itself during operation. Here are a few possibilities:
  1. Overheating: If the machine gets too hot during operation, it might shut down to prevent damage. This could be due to a malfunctioning fan or other cooling system issue.
  2. Power supply problems: If the machine isn't getting consistent power from the outlet, it might shut down and restart. This could be due to a faulty outlet or power cord.
  3. Software or firmware issues: If the machine's software or firmware has bugs or glitches, it could cause the machine to restart. This could potentially be fixed by updating the software or firmware.
  4. Hardware problems: If there's a problem with the machine's hardware, it could cause the machine to restart. This could be due to a faulty component, loose connection, or other issue.
It's difficult to determine the exact cause without more information or inspecting the machine directly. You may want to consult the user manual or contact the manufacturer for troubleshooting tips, or consider taking the machine to a professional repair technician.

I have a 3D Embroidery software that I still use and am trying to get the computer to recognize the dongle. I am using the Windows XP program on a laptop and I have it working on a desktop.

A variety of embroidery programs exist which use dongles. The failure to recognize the dongle for many of them seems resolved by acquisition of updated drivers. Access to the particular drivers has sometimes required contact with the software companies involved which then may provide links to a particular driver. An updated version of software may also be required. I suspect you are running the XP program in compatibility mode on a Windows 7 laptop. If you contact the software seller for support, you should include that detail. Here are some pages dealing with resolution of the dongle issue for several programs:

Need help, I keep getting error c 12 hoop size is smaller than embroidery data, I have the right size hoop on for the embroidery design I' using.

Perhaps the machine is not recognizing the hoop you have installed. Could be a computer component or software glitch or something wrong with the hoop itself.

You might try contacting a local machine dealer for support or contact the online manufacturer support.

Couldnt find the sound card driver for emachine T3504

your drivers are available here : http://www.emachines.com/support/product_support.html?cat=Desktops&subcat=T%20Series&model=T3504
make sure you dowbload the drivers correct for the operating system you're using as both xp and vista are there. download them to your desktop so you can find them to install.. install..reboot if prompted..
also make sure to remove any entries in the device manager that have a yellow ! or ? next to them before installing new drivers..
The device manager can be found by clicking START-CONTROL PANEL-- double click SYSTEM-select the HARDWARE tab at the top- click on device manager..
