Logicool is the name Logitech uses in Japan
Hopefully you will be able to recognise your webcam here ( 2 pages ) and download the drivers for your model otherwise you will have to navigate the Logicool website in Japan

This for Faith - Follow the link below and on thr left side just click on the driver. Just save it to some place you know where it is and then install it. It has everything that was on the cd.
