I can no longer upload my photos. What is going on?

JigZone Photo Upload accepts pictures of JPG and GIF formats only. All puzzle pictures are a fixed dimension, 400 pixels wide by 300 pixels high:All puzzle pictures are stored with a maximum file size of 20KB (20,480 bytes). Photos which have a file size greater than 20KB will be automatically compressed, which could result in a loss of picture quality. For fast uploading and maximum picture quality, we recommend that your edit your pictures to be 400 pixels wide by 300 pixels high and have a file size no greater than 20KB before uploading them.Note: GIF type images cannot be automatically re-sized and must be formatted to 400 x 300 and less than 20KB before being uploaded. To limit the bandwidth costs of this free service, at this time the file size of a photo upload is limited to 2M or 2,097,152 bytes. Large sized photos could take several minutes to upload. During this time the upload page will remain on the screen.

Uploading photos

The pictures are too big, reduce the size by compressing them using JPEG software.

Change the file format when saving can reduce the file size by up to 90%.

I have no problem getting the pictures off my camera onto my computer. But my problem is when I am trying to download my picture onto a website (kijiji) it doesn't want to do it. Help

you don't indicate what the website says when you try to upload photos to it, without that info I don't know how I can help you. most problems like this are usually cause by trying to upload either the wrong format photo or too large a file. try lowering the resolution you photos so that the file you send to the web site has photos that are no larger than 50 to 120 mbs in size, if that works, then you know what the problem was.

Kodak md1063 cant upload pictures

Try NOT connecting your camera to your computer.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo management program such as Picasa.

Can't get pics to my mac computer, won't transfer.

When you get the popup from iPhoto don't click on any iPhoto buttons. Instead, click on command+tab and change to your Finder application (leaving iPhoto open in the background).

1) Create a new folder on your Desktop or in your Pictures folder. This is where you will copy your photo files.

2) Click on File, then New Finder window. Size these finder windows so you can see both of them at the same time. In the second window, go to your computer, and then to the drive that represents the memory card in your camera.

3) Drag and drop to copy the files from the camera's memory card Finder window to the new folder Finder window, dropping the files into the new folder on your computer's hard drive.

4) Use command+tab to change back to iPhoto. Cancel from the import warning window. In iPhoto click on File then Import to Library

5) In the import dialog tell iPhoto to move the photos (not to import them in their current location) so that iPhoto puts the photos in the same place it put your other photos when it imported them directly from the camera.

If you can't do all of these steps, tell me how far you got, and what happened.
