The problem is the belt stops moving suddenly after about 15-20 minutes of use. The display on the console is still lit and the circuit breaker switch is not tripped. There are several things that could cause the treadmill to turn off after 15-20 minutes. The motor may be over heating and turning off on overload and Try lubricating the running belt.
A lot of these pumps do have automatic thermal switches built into the motor end cap, Double check that its being fed the name plate voltage and that the voltage doesn't drop when the pump is running (which would indicate a loose or bad connection or just undersized wire in the circuit)
Quite likely you overloaded the capacity of the motor and it simply overheated. The brushes inside the motor may be burned out/corroded. I suggest putting a light load on it and seeing how it performs. Often, when this kind of thing occurs, a bit of light duty use will get the motor back into good working order. But be careful to not over-tax the unit again. There are several different KitchenAid mixers on the market, some nothing more than ornamental, all the way up to commercial-grade.
you need to find out if they just replaced the water pump impellar or the whole impellar housing make sure bolts are tight at mating surface what may have happened is the impellar tube may have not been lined up correctly during installation does the motor get hot let me know so i can figure it out theres only so many things it could be but if it stops pumping youll be in trouble comment me back
hello, for this problem sop to install a fuel gauge,to determine your fuel pump motor is working(fuel pressure) or fuel filter is not clog,we have a report a case which diaphragm pressure regulator is leaking this is only in fuel side, try to start your engine, remove 1 spare plug to determine that you have a ignition,if not send to your dealer,ty
everyday and it was fine.
Yesterday went to a friend's house to ride. Shut her down to wait for him to warm up. When I tried to fire it back up it turned once and stopped. Tried again, turned once, and stopped. Then tried it again, it did not even turn anymore. I repeated this about 10 times with no turning. It just makes a wheeeeee sound. No clicking. Battery is fine. Have it on the charger just to be sure, but I'm 99 percent sure its fine.
I'm thinking relay, but so far, all the threads I've read about relay problems have a clicking sound. I have no clicking...
I'm searching now, as we speak, but if anyone could help me out,,I saw a relay failure post about a month or so ago. Could be that.
For me, the probs I have had like you describe.
1) battery was fried, wouldn't hold charge. (bought new battery)
2) sidestand switch short. Bypass mod is easy job.
3) fuel pump wire shorted (is your pump coming on and priming at key-on?)
after fixing those through the years I haven't had any start issues
hassles like this suck. I feel for you mate. Best of luck to you though.

Mine did that to me about 4 months ago. I started by changing the fuel filter it ran great for a month. but by doing that it released all the pressure off of the fuel pump which then went out. If you run your vehicle below 1/4 tank it starves the fuel pump. The pump needs that fuel because; The fuel is the lubrication for the pump. Running your tank down consistently over a period of time will short the pump out faster.
My washing machine did the same thing. Stopped at 11 minutes and would spin but not drain the water out. No money spent just time. I took the front panel off and back in the right hand corner is a drain that has 2 hose clips on. Take them off and look inside the white plastic part connecting this and inside you will proubly find money wedged up in their. I had several various change in their but the one was the 2 nickels that was lodged perfectly in their that would not allow the water to pump out. After I removed them and put it back works perfectly.
