There is a USB adapter that you will need to buy that will enable you to use an ethernet cable to hook to your Wii to get internet.

only the same bad news you would have had with a game cube... unfortunately this is a good sign of the death of a wii/gamecube... the problem may fix itself over time but then it will happen again more and more frequently... this is the wii equivalent of RROD.. the one thing nintendo forgot about when they re-released thi gamecube with a new way of controlling it and gave it a new name.

try syncing them, it helps. or replace the batteries.

did you try syncing them up by pushing the red button on the wii and the remote

Try to reconnect your wii-motes, by using the red button on the wii underneath that front flap where you would put the SD card. and then the other red button on the controller where you put the batteries in. and make sure the batteries are fresh

You need to be a little more specific. What do you mean by they won't hook in?

I got fraustrated, took the Wii back to Bestbuy, got my refund.
