How to fix choppy audio on Sony DCR-TRV 460 camcorder. Video is ok.

I had problems with playback on mine, and solved the problem by giving it a good tap on the hand strap side of the camcorder.

Do make sure the camera volume is not low (open side door) and check menus are not vol off.

Hello dears,
Both camcoders DCR-TRV460 & DCR-TRV260 has defect in CCD Imager IC. Please contact nearest Sony repair shop for replacement of this part.

The noise is probably the motor running. As long as it doesn't appear on the footage, it's nothing to concern yourself about.
