This is not a solution, but how did you get your pictures onto Windows Vista because I've been trying to look for a solution and since you said you had some success, I could really use your help.
Older palm products and vista aren't compatible. You either needs to transfer info via bluetooth or upgrade your palm if you wish to continue using vista.
you should have a driver came with your camcorder to install to your computer and it should compatible with your OS vista. USB wires or Firewares also use on this operation. upload with using ULEAD movie maker. save it like any video types that you like.
I am having problem with mine it wont delete or transfer new tracks I have changed computer to the new vista and this model is not compatable for the vista system
