That response is not helpful at all. I'm having a similar CD problem, but it never installed to begin with. My laptop is running XP and doesn't even recognize the driver CD that came with the camera. I install quite a bit of software on quite a wide range of hardware. I don't appreciate the response blaming it on the installer. I just don't think there's anything on the driver disk.
You mustn't have the right installer for your computer. Youwill have to go to the shop and tell them you need a new driver for your webcam you must tell them what computer you have

I originaly installed the program that came with my 900 web cam. I had to uninstall it because I was having problems using it. When I went to reinstall the cd did not work. It would stop and start. There is nothing wrong with my computer or cd drive as other programs are working fine. The cd when originally installed worked fine. I still web access with the camera and sound but can not access v lounge at all. I tried downloading it from the internet and it say successful but I only have an icon and when I click on v lounge it is not there.
