Ilo pdp4210ea1 now all black and white

still does not work. Picture is still in black and white. the v-chip problem is fixed however-thankyou. My TV works full color when i run the cable through my DVD tuner. My 42" turns B&W infrequently and varied quantity of vewing hrs. No set pattern, most not at all, but infrequently goes B&W. I unplug, wait 2 seconds, replug, turn on set. Wahlah! Color.

Has anyone received, seen, heard of, hoped for a recall or at least a Service Bullletin informing of the problem and parts or event to repair.

I AM JESSICA PORRAS. I PURCHASED AN ILO PLASMA 42" T.V. FROM WALMART IN 2006. THE T.V. LASTED 1 YEAR AND POPPED A FUSE. THE SCREEN WENT BLACK, BUT VOICE IS STILL COMING THROUGH. I DID HAVE WARRANTY AND MY MONEY WAS RETURNED. I HAVE A QUESTION AS FAR AS THE BRAND 'ILO' GOES. CAN THE PARTS BE CROSSED WITH ANOTHER BRAND? SINCE THE FUSE HAS POPPED, WE HAVE REPLACED THE FUSE 3 TIMES, AND IT KEEPS POPPING THE FUSE. THE LAST 2 FUSES HAS BEEN A CERAMIC FUSE AND IT WILL BURN THEM. i hv an ilo pdp4210ea1 which intermittently fails to boot up its DTV processor. Gives a "no signal" rpt after churning 4 a bit. powering off/on sometimes gets it to go, but mostly not. good pix on analog and all other inputs.
