Have had these wrist radio put up for several years. I thought the batteries was just bad, but i don't have any voltage to the battery prongs. I have power (9v) at the end of charger that plugs into the radio.

You will need to run a wake up charge into the battery. The best way to do this is with a 6v lantern battery with 2 wire leads just put + to + and - to - by tickling the contact plates on the battery (do not hold the wires on for more than 3~5 seconds. two times should do the trick ,then put the battery back in and right back on the xact charger plug and it should start to accept the charge.I just did 4 of them that were out of use for 5 years and all came right back to life.

Hello, where can I get wall charger for Xact x2x wrist walkie talkie? I'm from Mumbai-India.

your device should be marked with polarity and voltage requirements. Any power supply with the correct plug meeting those specs (if amperage isn't marked, look for one that is between 500- 1000 mA) should be fine. MAKE SURE it is a DC supply if the device you are using is marked DC.

How to get rid from continuous hissing sound of MOTOROLA T4500 ?

Many times the hissing can be caused by a bad or poorly charged battery, or by activating an interference eliminator code in all your radios. First, we would suggest changing the battery, or exchanging it with a known good radio's battery to see if the problem clears up. Environmental RF can also cause issues, so you might check to see if the same problem exists in a different location.

If these suggestions do not solve the problem, then you possibly have an internal issue which would deem the radio non-repairable. Parts and schematics were never offered for this line of radios.

07 Ninja won't start

sitting is the worst thing for a bike. you have a bad battery. if you have to leave the bike for a long time, put it on a battery tender or at least start it up once a week. the gas will go bad in the fuel system and the battery will fail. also, when you get a battery, make sure to get a good one from the dealer, dont get the cheap ones from walmart or autozone. a factory battery will last 2-5 years. you will be lucky to get 1 year from a cheap battery.

I bought 6 sets of Midland LXT 345 walkie-talkies for the teachers to use when they go out on the playground. Less than 1 year later several of them don't work. They keep them in their charges when...

The batteries have likely been damaged from being on the chargers too long. Try trading a known good battery into the non-working radios and see if it/they will work with a good battery. If so, replace your batteries, and then only put the radios on the charge when they need a charge, such as after the radios have been used 8-10 hours. Longterm charging can quickly age batteries. Life expectancy of a battery is 18-24 months with good care.

Where can i get another battery for my xact wrist watch

You can go to most watch/jewelry repair shops for a battery change. Make sure that if the watch is water resistant that you take it to someone whop can pressure test it to insure it is sealed up to manufacturer specifications. Im sure you should have no trouble finding someone locally.

These batteries won't charge and the radios are new. Can you help

Batteries have a life from 1-5 years, the manufactuers stated life depends on how much they were or were not used. Check battery price vs different new radio price, some radio's batteries cost more than a new radio with batteries.

S quelch is opening all the time My XACT radio model M3XBK

Hi, it might be that the battery is low. Try charging it full. The owners manual would give you an idea how long the initial charge should be. Hope this works for you. Regards.
