It would sound like it was trying to come on but just not quite get there and I was wondering if there was a "reset"button some where like i need a paperclip to reset my car stereo cd player
The reset button is used to return the unit to its factory settings. Step1: Turn on your vehicle, but do not start the engine. Step2: The reset button is located on the right hand side of the deck. Just to the right is the reset button. It is a circular shaped button the size of a pencil lead thickness and it is not labeled. If you have trouble locating the button, use the flashlight to help illuminate the area. Step 3: Depress this button. If you have do not have smaller fingers, you may need to use a pencil or pen to depress the reset button.

you can check the crysler website for any recall
debris on the outside of the cyl. won't do it but
before you sign the death certificate you can
try turning the engine back + forth with 1/2" or
3/4" drive socket + breaker bar and try to see
or hear where it has bound up also remove the
belt I've seen frozen a/c compreser or ps pump
give the same symtems hope this helps
good luck
put some HEET or some other gasoline antifreeze in your tank and crank the engine over a few times. If it doesnt start, try starting it again every hour or so.
Probably the power board is damaged. You should see and check for the FET ( Field Effect Transistor), measure it using multimeter. Sometimes this is the cause of the fuse blown........
your vat sensor sounds bad.(this is where the chip in the key is not recognized by the vat sensor, and will(in some cases) cause this problemVAT(vehicle anti-theft) module can be replace or it could be your ecm(computer); butit sounds like the VAT sensor problem. The good old days and these sensors wouldn't exist. insert key;start car. Good Luck.
