Have you tried another source into the same input on the mixer and does this also come through quiet? Have you checked the gain for the channel(s) you are using? Have you tried a different wire for the connection as well as different source? Is it on all channels? have you tried a different amp?

Did you get it used or brand new?

M-Audio is notorious for hardware related problems, mainly the USB ports. After awhile the ports wear and fail to hold the tight connection needed to keep the board fully functional. But I've seen the same problem with new boards too because of bad soldering.

If it's new then don't bother wasting time trying to figure it out. Just exchange it and save yourself the headaches. You may even want to look another board. If your partial to M-Audio then the Axiom is much better than the Oxygen. Either way, take advantage of the ability to exchange while you can, cause once that's over M-Audio will give you the finger.

The outputs of these mixer needs to be connected to an active speaker.

An active speaker have an amplifier and a preamplifier.

What does monitor speaker MS16 have to do with an organ? To use these on an organ you should be using DI boxes to convert to balanced lines into these speakers. Who knows what type organ you have as you did not give us a clue. There are some POOR QUALITY audio output add-ons that are foisted on people that supposedly put out line level audio from older Hammond organs... these are noisy and generate hum as they have not been engineered but instead tinkered.

Make sure the Windows computer has the audio output selected to use the computers output hardware.

In the control panel, under "sounds and devices" pane, VOICE tab, that the Voice playback window shows your COMPUTER's audio system AND then check the volume is turned up by clicking the Volume button right under that same window. Now do the same under the AUDIO tab at the sounds and devices pane.

You will need a 3.5 mm to 3.5 mm audio cable, probably stereo to connect to the "line in" jack on the back.

Most likely the driver in the computer is NOT active or loaded properly... You haven't even told us what computer or operating system you have. The unit will NOT come on till the computer recognizes it and loads driver.

Hello, The problem can be in diverse form but the hints to used is as follows . Check the XLR or JACK connecting cables used for connection , if they are okay , and if they are okay , check for the volume of the mixer and other audio appliances connected to it

The short answer is NO. The MIDI connection does NOT carry audio, only commands. You must connect synth audio outputs to the inputs of the RP2000 and use the audio coming out of the RP2000 to have the effects.
