Trying to install Digital Arts and craft studio on my windows 7 PC but keeps coming up with "the digitals arts and craft studio console was not found. Please reconnect it and try again." I have tried this numerous times in different ports and even taken the item back and had it replaced with a new one. What is going on??

All I can say is, good luck! My daughter got it for Christmas and so far I have spent nearly 8 hours uninstalling, reinstalling, downloading, restarting, testing, etc, etc, etc and the bloody thing still won't work!
