My Nikon Action 16 X 50--4.1 --serial number 715480BJ

I own a set of Nikon Action 10 X 50 (6.5) binoculars and recently purchased another set of the Nikon Action 16 X 50 (4.1)..the first pair are great--good visability, adjustments, etc, etc--but the 2nd. pair ( the 16 X 50), do not focus in well and I just can get a good clear viewing as in the 10 X 50's..When I look at the same object with bosth pair, at approx 200 yards, I cant get the 16 X 50's to focus properlty.

Do you think there is a problem with them?

A 16x50 will be less bright than a lower power binocular. It will also show up any distortion due to atmospherics more.
The best solution is to increase the size of the front objective, to do this take them back and exchange them for say a 15x70 or similar. Note: you will not be able to hand hold these successfully! Tripod mounting is recommended for any magnification greater than 12X

I own a pair of 8 x 40 EGRET II Nicon Binoculars that I've enjoyed for a number of years. Recently they fell from their storage place and now the right and left imiages don't line up. I'm also not sure...

I would recommend you give Nikon a call. You can reach them in the US at 1-800-645-6687. This may be covered under their current No Fault Policy, in which case it shouldn't cost more than $10 to get them repaired or replaced.

I have a pair of Monarch 10 x 42 binoculars with a cracked eyecup. It is an easy fix, so all I need is the part. Can I purchase the part without having to send my binoculars to a repair facility?

Send them back to Nikon. The first pair i had did it twice, then they sent me a brand new pair. Here a year later with new pair the eyecup pieces that turn in and out already have cracks in them again.

Where do I find the serial number on the binoculars?

It depends upon the model.
For Monarchs the serial number is on the underside of the RH hinge
On the Actions it is on th central hinge plate with the PD scale
For the compact Sportstars it is under the central bridge.

Lost Nikon Travelite ex eye piece

I'm supposing by eyepiece you mean the rubber or plastic eyecup. The eyepiece is the whole unit that contains the lens. Nikon has a service center in many countries. If you have one in your country then they can order the part. I have ordered from Nikon. They find the part number if you tell them your model and can email you an order form. Alternately Binoculars.com is very good to deal with as is Adorama Camera in New York. Both will sell internationally.
