Hello,

Check for a bent pin in the VGA connector. Each color, Red, Green, and Blue has its own pin for the signal. If its pin is bent then no color!

I hope this helps, if so please rate our solution.

Screen keeps flashing green-blue-red

The manual for the monitor can be found here (
Mitsubishi DiamondPoint V50LCD User Manual ) The specific Red Green Blue cycle isn't noted.
:
  1. I'd start with toggling on the on screen set-up display. if that comes up and is legible, then you know that the screen is working.
  2. What is your video set up to push to the V50? If it's not a supported resolution, the display may respond this way. try downgrading it something like VGA (640x480) and see if that works. (The max resolution shown in the manual is 1024 x 768, so don't go higher than that. It's also 24 bit color (8 bits each for R,G,B, so don't try to push 32 bit color to it)>
  3. Set the output to your primary monitor to 1024 x 768, thousands of colors. Make sure the monitor sees it OK. Now you know the first monitor and cable are OK. Now switch the cable to the V50 monitor. Do you get a signal now? Then the display works. Try putting your primary display on the second cable. Does it pick up anything now? No. Maybe a bad cable.
  4. You can try swapping the cable going to the V50 to go from your primary monitor output port on the computer to your primary monitor. if the primary monitor works OK, then the cable is good.
  5. Depending on the computer system you're on, make sure that you at least have a generic monitor driver installed for the V50 output. Ideally, get the driver for the monitor You can get the driver here (
Mitsubishi Monitor drivers ) amongst other places.

Good luck!

I am using LCD monitor LG, my son changed some settings which i don't know, Presently, the monitor says Out of range 53.6KHZ / 60HZ. What is the problem and How to solve this problem and restoration of my...

He may have changed the display settings on the computer. He may have altered the refresh rate higher than the monitor can handle.
You can try start the computer in safe mode (F8 repeatedly on boot up, till the safe mode option comes up)
This will load basic video drivers, you should be able to check your settings now.
Windows xp / right click on desktop and your settings are there
OR control panel / display

Samsung samtron 55v display problem

assuming that u r a professional..
i guess there is no problem with ur monitor, it sounds like itz due to graphic adapter..either the adapter on ur system main/mother board/agp/pci/pcie is damaged or itz simply 'driver corruption'..
don't panic..check for driver update/download n reinstall graphic/display driver..
however, 1st make sure that the Screen Resolution (1024x768 or as applicable) and Color Quality (32 bit or as applicable) is correct..from Display Settings->Settings tab..
always better to contact system admin/vendor....

Monitor color display problem

Go to the control panel. Click on display. The display applet is your next stop. The display applet is your central location for all of your display settings, including resolution, refresh rate, driver info., and color depth. The display applet has 5 tabs: Thmes, Desktop, Screen Saver, Appearance, and Settings. The 5th tab is where you make adjustments that relate directly to your monitor and video card. Look at the Settings tab. At the bottom of the dialog box, you'll see 2 options. Screen Resolution and Color Quality. By moving the Screen Resolution slider, you can change the resolution. The most common resolutions are 640x480, 800x600, 1,024x768, and 1,280x1,024.Your system may have more or fewer resolution options.

The color quality is the number of colors displayed on the screen .You can change the screen resolution with a simple slider and adjust the color depth from 4-bit all the way up to 32-bit color.

Running a 32-bit color gives a nice, realistic tone to images, and many games insist on it.

Clicking the Advance button opens another dialog box with 4 or more tabs.

The monitor tab gives you details about the currently installed monitor and enables you to make changes to the driver and the refresh rate.

After you make your changes to your monitor and it still is not working properly, it must be your video card which is not seated.
In layman term, your video card is not plugged in firmly in the slot!!
