Canon Pixma MP500 Reset PAGE SIZE to A4
Set up the parameters you want A4 Paper orientation etc then go to profiles in printing prefences and ADD to profile.. delete any others that preced this set of parameters

Go to www.usa.canon.com.  Do a search for mp500 click on Drivers and Downloads   select your operating system to view available drivers and software.  Follow the instruction and you should bee all set.......we hope!
