Most tablets have a reset button, look for a small hole on the tablet, switch it on and using a paper clip insert in the hole press down this should reset to factory specs. Take note everything will be deleted so save anything you want to keep
Your computer tries to "boot" from various devices:
* bootable files on a USB memory-stick or SD memory-card
* from 3.5-inch diskette drive (if installed)
* from CD/DVD disk
* from your disk-drive
Your computer tried to boot from your disk-drive, but FAILED to do so.
Since the disk-drive is "dead", it tries to boot from any of the other devices,
and displays that error-message when it cannot boot.
So, your disk-drive has "died". Ouch!
You need to purchase a new disk-drive, and reinstall Windows onto it.
This means that you have the wrong type of phone connected. The BA2 is a non-display basic phone. You are trying to plug in a different type of Telrad phone. Find out the type that you have and change the programming for your extension to match.
Try cleaning any grit out of the lens mechanism with compressed air and a little wiggling of the lens. If that doesn't do it, the camera needs servicing.
