Hi, could someone help me with this problem? I turned off my SGH-D900 one night, and when I tried to turn it back on the next morning, it remains on the intro screen where it displays the "SGH-D900," "Samsung logo," and the web address to samsung mobile. Nothing happens. I've tried taking out the battery, and I guess I don't know what else I can do. My phone hasn't come into contact with any water, nor do I recall dropping or damaging it. I am forced to use my really crappy RAZR again until I can fix this problem, so I hope someone can help me. Thanks a lot!
Hi, thanks for the info, but I tried it and nothing happened. Is anything supposed to come up? I did some online research on the code, and read that for some people, a new screen pops up when typing even the first asterisks. Also, will any of these codes erase my phone memory? I've had the phone for about a year now, and I have a lot of numbers that I didn't save onto my sim card or my SD card (yeah, I know, stupid). Any other suggestions? It is probably is the charging port. Have you tried a different charger?
If it is the charger port on you SGH-D900, You have 3 options.
1. get it repaired, under warranty if possible. 2. Get a new one 3.Get
an external battery charger and charge battery separate from
phone.Another battery and charger will set you back about 10 dollars on
ebay.
Your charging port may have broken. I am seeing more and more of this type of problem. Did you try a different charger? If it is the charge port, You have 3 options when the charge port breaks.
