No its the crappy software. Mine wont work either. Just plug your camera into the USB port. You can upload images and video anyway by mass storage. If you want to use the videos in moviemaker find the Prizm media converter and you can instantly convert the files in wmv. Good luck

My Toshiba laptop monitor shows blury images and icons, how can i fix it?

Run a thorough virus check. If no virus found then:

Try System File Checker. It finds and replaces corrupted system files. You may need a copy of OS.

Go to Start > Search > type cmd ENTER. At command prompt type sfc / scannow ENTER.

From vista basic to windows 7... T_T

Windows 7 is still in beta testing is it not?  This means that various things are not going to work with this until they are ready to start selling to the public.  You can not expect a program in beta testing to work with all periphial devices.

Toshiba Satellite a135-s4427 Boot Manager Missing

its not the hard drive my frined, its the boot loader it has been deleted or it has been compressed the only way to fix this is to use the recovery cd you have, to boot from cd-rom you need to go into bios which is usualy F2 or F5 key, then under boot manager or somthing is the primary and secondary boot, change the primary to CD-ROM, then save it and restart then it should boot from cd-rom then you have do a start-up recovery.
