Kenmore Elite front loader has hot and cold water reversed

The water inlet hoses are probably removed and reconnected in reverse, and then trigger the HC error code to flash indicating the hot and cold water inlet hoses are reversed. Reconnect the water inlet hoses properly and start a cycle then let us know what happens next.

F35 is a water level error.
The water level switch (pressure switch) has malfunctioned.

If you remove the top panel, three screws in the back, you will have access to the pressure switch.

With the tub empty, remove the vinyl hose from the switch and blow backwards through the hose to clear any restrictions.

If the fault codes return after doing this, you will likely need to replace the pressure switch.

Hello. You sound like you have one of two problems.
The bottom panel on your washing machine has 3 screws on the bottom part of it that hold it on. You will need to remove these screws and the panel. On the right hand side you will see a plastic pump assembly. Since you have alot of water in the washer, you will need to lean the unit back at about a 45 degree angle so water won't go everywhere. Unscrew the front of the pump using the handle on it. It is either clogged up OR bad. If it is not clogged up, you will need to replace it. Kenmore HE3t sanitary cycle setting has changed. Water temp selection only allows Hot/Cold selection but should offer the Extra Hot selection. All other settings test out properly. Is there a way to reset factory settings for cycles?

high effeciency washes use very little water , the water is at the bottom of the drum (not visible )

Try cycling a cold/cold wash and see how that comes out.. if it comes out hot then your water inlet valve is letting hot water in when it shouldn't.. conversely, try cycling a hot/hot wash and see that it does indeed come out hot... ( quick tests to verify performance)..hope this helps.

check your water supply make sure that you have both hot and cold water on at all times. Pull the hoses off and see if the screens on the water valve in the back is clogged.

Check to make sure your Hot and Cold water lines from your supply are correctly attached to your Washer. They are labeled on the back of the machine, if you reverse them you should have a cold water rinse.
