Can't remember password for my router and need it to get on the internet with another device with my linksys

You can accsess the router config menu by using your browser. Type in 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1 into your browser. That will bring the screen up to enter your user name and password. If you have not changed it the default is username:blank(no entry) and password is:"admin". If you have forgotten this password then you will need to use a pen to push and hold the reset button for more than 4 seconds to re-set the password to the default(this will clear all the router settings to factory default and disable WEP/WPA settings). Once in the router config menu you can then look at/change the WEP or WPA security key that every computer needs to connect to the router.
