Hi, I need to install a european country map in my RX400h. How do we do this

Usually because you purchased a Japanese import and the unit is set for Japan maps and can't parse the information for the country it finds it in.

the MAP, sensor, right? where is it?
why do you ask, curious? , someone stole it?
or got DTC errors that say, MAP dead. ?
why not just post the symtoms or buy the FSM and read it like above post. but above post is for USA cars, and there are no Jimny here, at all. and none on the above site for the same reasons

why 2, why not tell country , engine controls run and work different on all countries (due to smog laws, etc)

the ignitor in most suzuki's moved to 2 places back in 1990s (late)
to the COP coil (DOHC engine) or to the ECU. itself.
my 96 still has a fire wall 4 port Ignitor J18 engine. but was moved in 97.

suzuki has like 56 engines and 95 markets. so.....
in your case we are 1 engine, and 95 markets.

I suggest you refer to the owners handbook which contains adequate descriptions of how to access and replace the bulb(s) and what precautions must be taken and provides some illustrations.

European laws expect owners to change the bulb or bulbs as soon as possible after failure and in some European countries replacement bulbs must be carried. As the Audi is a European car bulb replacement is unlikely to be difficult.

Hi Heather, I'm glad to help! Heather, provided you have a good vacuum going to the Map Sensor and wiring and connectors are good. That would be the first thing I would replace. But, if after checking wiring and connectors and a good vacuum you replace the map sensor and still have the code I would have it check out for a possible (PCM) Powertrain Control Module. Go on your gps menu and put in the address or country etc. and see if it works

hi tracey,use lhd converter kit (from dealers in UK) then you NEED to go to a mainland european dealer to get headlights,dont be supprised if they havnt got a clue what a Korando is,as GM used different names for different countries.....you will need to SEE the same car to find out if its supplied in France.(or any other mainland country, unless you have seen the same car over here)regards,

It is located in the center console/under the center arm rest.

you need a scan tool to do the job. either take it to the Lexus dealership or call up your local locksmiths, a lot of them can program remotes for less than the dealer.

Hey Guys, The problem is that the 12V battery is low or dead. Having the battery replaced will fix this issue. (I have the same vehicle, had the same problem, and this was the fix)
