ArcSoft TotalMedia Theatre 3 issue

Using ArcSoft TotalMedia Theatre 3, I am suddenly getting the error message ''your system is not compatible with HDCP, BD playback is disabled (Errorcode = 2002)'' when attempting to play a Bluray disc with this software. OS is Windows Vista 64 and have used the software before with same disc and no issues, any troubleshooting tips would be much appreciated.

Download from Arcsoft the "BD Assistant"and it will tell you where your system is failing the HDCP check.

I had an issue with the LogMeIn mirror driver showing up as my graphics card. When I uninstalled it, my HDCP status was good again. The funny thing is LogMeIn and TMT3 run fine together but only under certain circumstances changing multiple monitors do you get this conflict.

Arcsoft Totalmedia 3.5 installing fails to my 64bit Win7 computer. Installing stops when program asks country settings.

I have Windows 7 64-bit and couldn't install TotalMedia 3.5 It would only get as far as Select Video Device, and give 2 options: > WinFast DTV Dongle Gold BDA Filter > FM/DAB Dongle I downloaded a driver (AF9015 BDA Driver - from Select Video Device then gave these 2 options: > AF9015 BDA Driver > FM/DAB Dongle The first one did the trick. (The second one was possibly there because I have a Kaiser Baas USB FM radio.)

How so I reboot my blu ray?

Bluray has different region so you might wanna know first the region and then check the steps and link below to continue rebooting your player:

DVDFab Region Reset allows you to change region setting of popular Blu-ray players (PowerDVD, WinDVD, TMT) with a single click.

It uses the widely-known so-called region "hacks" for these players. This makes your playback software essentially "region free" or more accurately "multi-region".

Whenever the tool sets a region, it also resets your "changes remaining" counter in PowerDVD (5 changes for Ver.8 and newer; 99999 changes for ver.7.3).

For PowerDVD & TotalMedia Theatre (TMT), you can set the region with just a simple click on the "Reset" button.

For WinDVD, you need restart PC to finish resetting region.

2. System Requirements

* Windows 7/Vista/XP (32-bit/64-bit)
* PowerDVD 7,8,9,10
* WinDVD 9,10
* ArcSoft TotalMedia Theatre 2,3

Hey there - did you ever get a solution to this problem? I'm having the exact same problem with my iPod Classic (60gb). I've tried using Sony's online tech support, but to no avail.

Arcsoft Media Exterme is not working on Windows7

Hi Wilbertmorro-

Sorry to hear about your problems. Let me guess, your BR movies will play for about 20 seconds before you get an error 3016 message: "Your system is not compatible with HDCP. BD playback disabled." OR you go into your sound settings and see that the HDCP does not work and there are only two channels when it worked perfectly fine in XP or Vista?

Unfortunately, this is a very common complaint and ArcSoft is working on a fix. They promise- so hold your breath.

In the meantime, there has been talk of using AnyDVD HD as a temporary fix.

AnyDVD HD can be found here:
