My enV3 stopped auto saving my sent messages also. i haven;t touched my setting at all. i don't have hardly any pictures and no videos on my phone but the problem is still there.

into your opitons in the message screen and turn on auto erase and it will erase the read text messages when in reaches the full amount with out you having to manually delete them yourself and it will keep the picture .

What does it mean when i send a text message it says message not saved memory is full or messages are locked?

This means that your sent memory is full, if you delete your old sent messages then you wont see that message anymore. Just go to your messages, look for sent messages, choose settings, delete all, confirm and you should be done.

On my en v 3 when i try to take a pic and save it it pops up (FAILED) and when i try to save a pic tht someone has sent me it says the same thing

You need to go to phone settings to see if your phone is blocking your save requests.

Try taking a picture again then look in options before you try to save the picture,you maybe able to copy this picture to memory or another file on your phone thus you don't get FAILED anymore.

hi brittany aka to send picture go to your new messages. Next go to your picture messages hit add go to the picture you want. Next you have to put in email add and then hit send it really idn't hard. If you want an detail explantion on how to do it go lg or verizon sites and the show step by stop on how to do it, and you can follow as it goes along. 1 STEP GO TO NEW MESSAGES 2 PICT 3 ADD 1 FROM CONTACTS THEN CHOOS THE PIC AND THEN HIT SEND

Phone won't save sent text messages says memory is full even if the inbox is empty

You will need to delete your texts from your sent box because that memory is full at least that is how it worked with my ENV2.

for sending text messages :

1. call to your network operator customer care
2. request the message center number...
3.note it down
4. go to message settings>message center number
5. insert the number which is noted by you and save it

this solves your messaging problem ...

New message always on; touch keyboard disappears; no saved messag

This is a glitch found in many htc's due to windows programing once you have downloaded, saved and sent certain documents the phone spases out on tweak functions that would usually run just fine. Delete any file not being used and it should gradually start to work right and the are also know for overheating on the charger and long term use. Due from poor ventilation on the phone just like any lap top or computer.

check out ur phone requirements like its capacity of micro sd card like 1gb if u cross that limit u will not get full acess ur phone becomes slower or pictures opens late or music play late otherwise check ur phone settings that it is in storage of memory card or phone....

Is it "blocked" or "full"? If it's full, then you have no choice but to delete some of the existing messages you have kept.

Both saved "Sent" messages as well as "Received" messages will fill up the message memory, so it helps to do some management in both areas, and clear out old messages so you'll have room for the new ones.

My LG enV phone problem

Wow. Some of you are retards, sorry, but you don't know how this phone works.
A) Auto-Save if for SENT messages only. If it is on, it will save your sent message in the sent box. if set to off, then it will not show any sent messages. If set to prompt, then it will ask you after the message is successfully sent from your phone to the Verizon network.
B) Auto-erase is for INBOX only. It will automatically erase the last message in your inbox when it reaches it's max capacity.
C) The LG EnV can accept up to 4GB of memory. (hollowtech2, you are the ****** i mentioned above, don't pur information you have not confirmed. people will dissprove you, and you will be embarrassed.)
D) i am still looking to solve the text messgae save limit problem. i will post it when i find out.

Screen light won't turn off The light on the screens (may be called backlight) won't turn off. I entered "display settings" and the "backlight" section, and set both to turn off after 7 seconds. The brightness of the light dims, but the light won't turn completely off and I believe this is going to have a negative affect on my battery.
