CHANGE REGIONAL CODE

The XV-THG31 is a part of the JVC TH-G31, http://resources.jvc.com/resources/00/01/17/14.pdf , home theater system. The original remote was the JVC RM-STHG61J. I have only found a vendor in the EU with this remote in stock, https://www.remote-control-world.eu/jvc-c-10_85/jvc-rm-sthg61j-remote-control-replacement-p-6230.html . I see some E-bay listings but those auctions change regularly.

jvc xv n332 audio ok but no video how to unlock

Below is the only known process to unlock that model of DVD player. Does not work on 100% of dvd players.

1. Turn on dvd player
2. Open the tray
3. Press 0000 in the Remote Controller
4. Change to any region you want (0 for region free)
5. Press Pause to confirm your change
6. Turn off
7. Turn on again and enjoy

Did you try looking on the net for your remote brand? Under PHILIPS UNIVERSAL REMOTE I found to codes for JVC dvd players: 242 and 443.

Most company and people who have the codes sell them, so i suggest u google for DVD REGIONAL CODES, some will give u a thirty day trial version, but in most cases u have to buy the software

CAN U TELL ME HOW TO CHANGE THE REGIONAL CODE ON MY JVC XN-N650B USING REMOTE OR FROM THE UNIT ITSELF.
