Keyboard Layout doesn't have Russian Phonetic

I am using Toshiba satelite L455-S5975

I need to find Russian Phonetic for the Keyboard Layout but it is not showing. Only ''Russian (Default), Russian (Typewriter)'' but other countries like Syria have an option of ''Syrian (Phonetic)''

I cant figure out the solution...but I need to make this easy for my Russian granpa (this is his holiday present).

Problem: The keyboard letters are all off/not typical Russian/English letter translation

Thanks for any info!

What's your problem? When I try to boot my Toshiba L455-S5975 all I can get is a black screen and a blinking cursor. What can I do to solve this problem?

Try turning on your laptop and then pressing the f8 key repeatedly, then you should be presented with a set of options, one of these should be safe mode, unless you are trying to factory reset, but anyway if that doesnt work you could try turning it on but pressing 0 (zero) instread of the f8 key

I am in need of a repair manual for a Toshiba Satellite L455-S5975 laptop in order to replace the LCD screen. I have searched everywhere, but no luck. Does anyone have a source? Thank you.

Not sure if you will find one... Process on toshibas is:

Pop top cover (sometimes also secured with a few screws on side or bottom of laptop) near monitor base above keyboard to access LCD cable and mount screws
Unplug cable and remove monitor mounting screws (Under plate, on back where cables plugin, and sometimes on bottom)
Take monitor (on flat surface) and remove screw covers with needle so you can put them back on later.
Remove all screws
Use plastic credit card and run around outside lip of screen case until removed
Remove LCD mounting screws
Remove LCD and inverter
Remove LCD brackets and inverter from panel
Replace panel and start working backwords.
