Re-Program ? I had a Viewsat Ultra VS2000, after i download new bin by USB, everything gone. I go back to set Factory Default, go to Antenna set up menu , go down to set LNB Type, use to be set OCS-DP , but right now only : Standard or Universal . Please tell me how can i do noe to get back OEM . Thanks

The viewsat ultra is not hd you cannot download a hd file on there .You need to install a factory bin then new fix on file viewsat ultra not hd.

viewsat ultra need new bin and a fix for this box freezing and won't unfreez until i turn it off from the back. can someone help me please

I am using viewsat extreme 2000. After downloading the new program PC-STB. Front panel power has gone. Only rear light on. All view has gone.

I have a VS2000 ultra which is currently on a AB switch with a Bell Satellite dish I am having frustration and difficulty getting any kind of transponder response to the viewsat! What am I doing wrong?

make sure the receiver is off using the switch on the back. connect serial cable.. open unloader program on computer, pick the bin you want to upload. click pc to stb.. after the slide bar appears turn of the viewsat... it should start to dl now.. wait.. when the computer says finished, don't turn off the viewsat yet. the viewsat will auto start.. if it doesn't wait till the software is finished ,, the screen will come back to a channel.. If no picture go and set up the antenna.
