How and where do i put e-books on my mp3 player model HS-57

If by e-books you mean books you can read (visually), you are out of luck. On an MP3 player you can only LISTEN to AUDIO books in MP3 format. You can buy such books at Amazon.com and other places. Another option is to check with your public library to see if they have a downloadable audio book service, which is free but with limited number of books. You download the books to your computer, connect the player to the computer using the USB cable that came with the player and copy/transfer the books from the computer to the player.

How do I get the volume to work?

Your reader is for Ebooks, i.e. books in formats suitable for READING only and that is all you can do with the 100 Ebooks the reader came with. What you are thinking of are AUDIO books. Ebooks = you can only read them (visually), cannot listen to them. Audio books = you can only listen to them, cannot read them.

However, since your reader is also an MP3 player and the most popular format for audio books is MP3, you can download audio books to your PC and then transfer them to your reader to take them with you and listen to them wherever you are. From your PC you can also copy the audio books to an SD memory card and then put that card on your reader. Here are 3 ways to get audio books:

1. from your public library (if you live in USA)
2. see the two links I have attached to my answer.ww

Ebook will not download to tablet

Could you tell me the name of your tablet?

As I known, nearly all of the tablet can download ebooks only by wifi connected.

For instance, I can read Google books purchased from Google Play Books on Nexus 7. And I can also read Kindle books on my Nexus 7, too.

Downloaded audio book to my Gogear RaGa in zip file for Mp3 and player tells me does not support format . I want to download from free sites. I downloaded in Mp3 format.

When you downloaded the audio books they are compressed in ZIP file format, then you need to unzip these to restore them to mp3 file format.
These mp3 files can now be played on your MP3 player.

How can I find instructions for recording and playing audio books on my newly purchased Sony Walkman?

if your recording your audio books from cd, then they should be put into tracks, just make sure to put a number before any actual text (the first part of the book labled 01 - audiobookname) and it should play them in order. if its a file over an hour long i would look for software to break up the file into smaller (more digestable) segments. its a software limitation of the sony network walkmans that has gone back since the beginning of the network walkman product line.

however, guessing that these are downloaded audio books mostlikely, it then becomes a conversion problem.

i did a google search for
audiobook to mp3 converter
and found a few things, but all those solutions wouldnt help much here. your looking for something fast easy and free.... i'm still searching for a solution that includes the free... but for the meantime see if this helps you
