How do I get the image to turn the right side up? When we first set it up the image was right side up for a few minutes and now it is upside down and we can't figure out how to get it to flip. The image is clear...just upside down

Dopn't worry about upside down. All astronomical telescopes show images upside down. There is no up or down in space.

You may have what is called an "erecting" prism diagonal that turns the image right side up. Just Google "erecting prism diagonal".

This may also help you.

MY EPSOM PROJECTOR IMAGE IS UPSIDE DOWN. WHAT DO I DO?

Hi, Your projector is probably set for ceiling mount which will project an upside down image because the projector is normally mounted upside down when installed on the ceiling. Go into the menu and select extended then select projection then select front. That should return the image to right side up.

Will turning your television upside down damage your television?

No it will nNo it is not. In fact some televisions are designed with this in mind. Usually this is done with smaller televisions that will be mounted. On those televisions there will be a picture flip or reverse image/invert image setting. I have spoken with bewildered seniors with upside down pictures and advised them to simply press picture flip until their image is right side up again. There are some customers that mount their televisions in bathroom mirrors or on the ceiling, under kitchen counters, and etc. who have found this to be most helpful.

We have inherited a Sanyo Pro-X multiverse projector without an instruction manual. The projector was fixed to a ceiling but we would like to use it freestanding. When attempting to use the projector this...

You need to turn off the ceiling mode to get the picture to project correctly. This is in the Settings Menu. See page 37 of the manual which is currently available here: http://cncms.com.au/SANYO-IMs/Commercial-Industrial/plcsw30_im.pdf .

Press Menu. Then use the left/right arrows to move to the icon with the projector and screen shown. (Note: right now this row will be on the bottom of your screen and the icon will be to the left side of the row.) Press the down arrow and move to the Ceiling icon with the R. It should be the seventh icon from the upside down "Up" arrow; it's next to the Capture icon with a camera. (Normally, ceiling icon shows as an upside down R when your image is projected right-side up. There is also a rear-projector icon with a mirror image R when the image is right-side up.) Press Select and then use the arrow keys to choose the On/Off options. You may need to press Select again to save the setting.

I hope this helps.

Everything is upside down on side eye piece. When viewing through the scope that's on the side of the telescope itself, everything is upside down. No matter which way it is turned, the same problem exists.

All astronomical telescopes show upside down images. It's completely normal. Nothing is wrong with the scope. For terrestril viewing you can buy an "erecting prism diagonal" which will turn the images right side up.
