Please try using these steps to change the language in the device.
In standby Mode---Menu key ---settings---languge & keyboard---select language---switch language.
1) Click Menu 2) Move through the menu until you find something which resembles "Settings & Tools" (If you know what language your phone is currently in, you can use an online translator to help.) -Spanish "configuraci?n" -German "Einstellungen" 3)Click something which resembles "Phone Settings" -Spanish "Programaci?n del tel?fono" -German "Telefon-Einstellungen" 4)Click something which resembles "Language" -Spanish "Idioma" -German "Sprache" 5)Choose English, and hit ok.
Step 1. Open your LG Neon and click the Menu button. Step 2. Come to Settings & Tools. Step 3. Click Phone Settings. Step 4. Click Language. Step 5. Select the language you want your LG Neon displayed, English or Spanish as the language displayed. Step 6. Click OK.
I'm not too sure with the interface of your phone, the MANUAL that came with the box contains the interface of the menu step by step. You can use it to 100% guide you through changing the language back to English. Let me know how it goes. I'm here to help.
