Lack of setup.exe of pc suite

I bought my phone in vietnam, but i live in the united states. when i go to the dropdown for devices, my k750i is not there. i cannot get the correct software to open picture messages. help! i've had this problem for 2 years, but now i finally want to fix it.

Hello. Go to www.sonyericsson.com. There you should get a splash screen, just choose your region, and country. After that, click on support, choose your device and click on software and setup.
