Does it work on the cable/antenna input jack? Can you get the menu screen to show up? If none of the inputs work and you can't get a menu screen to show up, then it sounds like you may have a bad YSUS driver board.
its not always going to be channel 3, it depends on the input cable you are using, if you are using an HDMI cable you need to switch to the hdmi input, same with component, and if you are using RCA cables it will probably be called video. Try your other inputs dont just stop at channel 3. If you are using coax and its supposed to be on channel 3, make sure you are on the correct coax jack on the receiver, make sure its the "to tv" jack not the "to wall" jack.
One thing is that your hdmi should go through your receiver ( amp) and push the switch on the receiver to telivision. The other solution is you have a faulty hdmi cable. Even if it's new they sometime have faults.
Press the Audio Parameter button (Looks like an x) then scroll up until you see 'HDMI AMP' and hit over to the left or right so it shows 'HDMI THRU' the HDMI will redo the handshake and you should have sound.
According to the specs of that computer, it is supposed to have a HDMI output. If for some odd reason you do not have one, you can get a VGA to HDMI adapter.
