I bought my TV from CompUSA during the Christmas shopping season last month and it worked OK for a few weeks, then it stopped turning on. Compusa is now going out of business, but I also found Astar's phone number and website are down. Any idea on how to get my warranty honored.

Hi all, sorry to be the bearer of bad news...
Astar is now defunct. They recently lost a lawsuit and were put out of business by Philips, for design/copyright infringement and forced to file bankruptcy and close up shop for good.
Good Luck, I am just trying to find out where I can get mine fixed, my TV is only 16 months and has the same problem. In my serch, I found that
SHENZHEN KDX in China manufactured Astar in conjunction with the USA/Canada.
I have e-mailed them and am hoping to get some answers.
