The cam to pc USB cables are cheap and available at Best Buy or Wal-Mart. Just count the number of pins in the cam side of the cable to get the right one. Choose DELETE AFTER DOWNLOADING in Windows.

Testimonial: "thank you, walmart doesn't sell the cable or usb for my camera, all ready tried thanks"

Internal memory card full

This camera has an internal storage capacity of 16.0 MB. That isn't much. But, it also has a slot for an SD memory card, which is capable of storing far more data than the camera's built-in memory. If you don't have one, go get a good quality, high-capacity SD card and install it in your camera according to the instructions. You should be able to store all kinds of pics and videos. But keep in mind that even the SD card has a limited amount of storage capacity, so you'll need to download the card to your computer now and again and re-initialize the card, or buy another when it gets full.

I have a kodak easy share camera M340 and I can't take any photos since it says Internal memory is full. Help

Buy yourself an SD memory card and transfer your pics to the card. That will clear your internal memory. You can save all your pics that you take from now on in the SD card.

Apparently, you have pics on the camera's internal memory. Your card won't work until those pics are gone. Here's how...with no card in the camera, go into the menu and find "format" and follow the on-screen instructions to erase the internal memory. Then, insert your card and it should work.

Camper says internal memory is full and i have only taken 12 pics. i think there might be "protected" pics. but i don't even know how to protect pics or to un protect them.

Digital cameras that come with internal memory usually have a very small amount of storage capacity (usually 32 or 64MB). I'm not sure why the manufacturers even bother with internal storage when you can get memory cards that have much more capacity. You need to either download the photos you've taken to your PC and then delete the photos so you can take more shots, or you need to insert a memory card. Depending on your model of camera you need a microSD or SD card. Let me know the model number of the camera and I will tell you what you need to get.

Hope this helps!

Bell & Howell S9 Slim camera. Does not seem to have internal memory of any kind. When I go to take a pic it says " No SD Card" I don't have a user manual to (1.) Find out if I can...

The camera only takes SD cards up to 2GB. Why don't you have the manual? Most companies are putting the manual on the CD that comes with their cameras to save paper.

How do i move my pics from my internal memory to my sim card, i lost my USB cord and cant get the pics off my internal memory.

There should be a "Copy" entry in the Setup menu. You can use this to copy pictures between the internal memory and the SD card.

New camera won't work!

That message is probably because you have not saved any images in the camera's internal memory. Whatever pictures you took are on the SD card. Try taking a couple of pics using the SD card and try the review. If you are able to review, then all is well. If you cannot review, then one of 2 things:
1. Faulty SD card..Replace or format it.
2. Remove the SD card and take a pic. The pic will be saved in the camera's internal memory. If you still cant preview, probably a fault with the camera, and you'll need to service it.
