Is there a way to master reset a samsung SCH-r211 phone? And can you direct me to a source for secret codes and functions of this model of phone?

This seemed to fix a glitch I was having with mine.
How Do I Reset My Cricket SCH-R211 Phone?
To reset the handset, to the factory default settings, follow the steps below:

1. From the standby screen, press the left soft key for Settings
2. Select Phone Settings (5)
3. Select Security (3)
4. Enter the lock code, default password is the last 4 digits of cell phone number
5. Select Reset Phone (4)
6. Press the left soft key for Yes to confirm resetting the handset to factory default settings

Note: Reseting the handset, to the factory default settings, will not delete any contacts
