Question about RC Thunder Tumbler Rc Car

My grandchild got a Thunder Tumbler for Christmas.......but after putting in brand new batteries......it doesn't work Suggestions on fixing it or just return it?

    The same thing happened to mine new batteries no cracks and batteries all the way in freshly unboxed

Make sure your remote is not cracked in tha back because it will not work & make sure tha batteries are put in all tha way

    Okay mine didn't work but on the car in the place where the battery tray stays look at the bottom of the hole bend the prongs until they make connection with the battery trays metal spots :D

Sounds like the remote is not the same frequency as the car! Take it back to the shop!

Probably different frequency remote relative to car, same deal with my sons......car and remotes need to be on the same frequency....either 27 or 49

My Thunder tumbler works perfectly every day, until now, one of the wheels won't seem to move I looked inside and I saw a Lego brick was in there. There's in opening in the car which is where the peice is. So when I try to make it move only one other wheel moves. HELP ME!!!!!

Korg TM40 doesn't turn on anymore! Put in brand new batteries, cleaned the contact areas where the batteries hit, but still doesn't turn on. Any suggestions on trying to fix? There are no screws...
Some of these are easy to get the batteries in backward. Also see if the soldering of the battery contacts may have broken loose.

Bought two Thunder Tumbler radio controlled rally cars from Ace Hardware.  They came from   blue hat toys. One went up in smoke when the power was turned on, the other lasted about an hour....
MAYBE YOU SHOULD TRY TAKING IT BACK TO THE STORE AND TALKING TO THEM ABOUT IT OR YOU COULD BUY A NEW ONE AT AMAZON .COM FOR $11.95
