If it's not addressed in the manual, and there's no obvious cover on the side or back, then you'll have to remove the cover of the oven to change it.

If it's an owner the range type, you can likely get to and replace the light by just removing the grille or possibly the control panel assembly.

If it's a counter top unit, you will need to remove the outer cover and look for it near the magnetron cooling duct on the right side.
