You dont download music to your player, you transfer music to your player from your computer.
if you have music on your computer you can drag and drop, or copy music to your player.
make folders for each group/band, then you can use the players explorer for picking the songs you want from the folders.

Walmart and many other sites sells songs that are DRM encrypted, meaning they are copy protected. Your MP3 player will not play these unless it is DRM 9 / 10 compatable. The purchase license permits you to download and play in the first device, when copied to another device the DRM prohibits playback in the second device.

Hey I need help figuring out how to download music to a mp3 player please help from the internet
SOURCE: can't put music on my mp3 player
First of all, go to a site where you can download mp3s, like 4shared.com or Limewire.com. However, it's recommended that you purchase them safely and legally, like on iTunes or Wal-mart Music downloads. Save the file and download it to a folder on your computer. The mp3 will take a while to download but when it's finished, you can open it with a music program on your computer, like Windows Media Player or iTunes and listen to it. Make sure your mp3 player is plugged in and it shows up as a device on your "My Computer" and that it shows up on your music program. You can most likely drag the mp3 from the program to your mp3 player. Hope that clears everything up! If not, just comment me.
