Or, if you are using System REstore, start it up and choose a date at least two days prior to the instalation of IE8, then have Windows restore to that day - two days before the installation of IE8.
Then, as the other person said, ensure you have IE7 back and if necessary, reinstall IE7 by going to www.microsoft.com/ie7 and installing IE7 from there.

I cant able to watch videos on facebook

This could be a problem related to either JavaScript turned off or due to flash plug-in problem

You can check if JavaScript is working in your browser by going to this tester page; http://www.javatester.org/ and clicking on 'JavaScript' in the list on the left hand side. If JS is working, a box will open up confirming it and specifying your browser's name and the version of JS it is using..

If JavaScript is not working you will have to review your browsers settings to ensure that you have it enabled.

You can also double check your version of Adobe flash by using this tester; http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/view...5507&sliceId=2

Try uninstalling and reinstalling your flash player.

Uninstall flash player by going to http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html

You can install it by going to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

I can't see video in you tube, i try to install flash player, but it's can't.. help me please,, thanks..

If you're receiving this error message and unable to play videos,
here's what I recommend to get you back on track and able to watch
videos successfully again. Please follow the steps listed below...

1. Uninstall the version of Adobe Flash that you currently have
running on your computer. You can uninstall Flash here:
http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_14157

2. Once you've uninstalled Flash, then go to the Adobe site and
download the most recent version of the Flash player:
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

3. At this point, completely exit your browser (don't just close the
window, exit the browser completely).

4. Only now, once you've exited your browser, can you install the new
version of the Flash player you just downloaded. Install the Flash
player.

5. Finally, open your browser again. Go to YouTube and try playing a
video-- the video should now play!

6. If the video *still* doesn't play, make sure you have JavaScript
enabled (turned on) in your browser.

If you're not sure how to do this, do a Google search for your browser
and then "enable JavaScript". You should easily find instructions on
how to enable Javascript.

Here are a couple of examples for Firefox, Internet Explorer, and
Opera users:

http://www.ehow.com/how_2033406_enable-javascript-firefox.html
and
http://www.tranexp.com/win/JavaScript-enabling.htm

We really hope these tips help! Good luck & enjoy

If you're using IE, download Firefox and try to use firefox. If that also doesn't work try using Google Chrome. If it works in those other browsers, tell me which browser you're using and I'll help you reset the settings back to factory. If it works, please vote for me.

Installed IE8 and I hate it, want to go and reinstall IE7

Try uninstalling IE8 and it should put IE7 back in. Failing that uninstall 8 then 7 then update to 7. Of course if they want you to use 8 then they probably took 7 off the udate page. Then you could backup hard drive, re-install windows, put in the service packs and get back to IE7. Option 3: learn to live with 8.

Added ie 8 beta, uninstalled, ie will not start

basically your ie8 uninstallation is bad...try and see if you can get an ie8 uninstallation toolkit at microsoft.com to uninstall ie8 properly. Else, you might have to reinstall ie7 after uninstalling ie8.. this same problem persisted when micorosft released ie7 and i was supporting ie7 when released. so take my word. happens with all ie beta versions..
