Cant get my Sanyo Incognito to recognize the Plantronics E220 bluetooth headset.

There are about 4 different chargers that can be used, look at the A/C charger with the micro USB port on it, part number 76772-03. You didn't say which you preferred.

Once it finds it simply use 0000 or 1234 as the code when the phone asks you

Hold down the power button on the earpiece uuntill you see flashing lights (either blue/red or blue/green and let go of the power button

Make sure the earpiece is fully charged before doing this as it may fail otherwise.

Defective battery go to their website and call them if your under warranty (I year I believe)

The most bluetooth devices use 0000 (4 x numerical zero) as it's default code.

Most all of these have a default PIN of either 0,0,0,0 (four zeros) or 1,1,1,1 (four ones). No need to worry, try the zeros and then try the ones.

For most Plantronics products, this passkey is 0000

Hold down the call button on the headset and wait for it to flash slowly blue. Make sure your phone is in "discoverable" mode. You should see your phone asking to connect to the plantronics headset. When it asks for a code, enter 0000.
