You can either put them on using the Sony Ericsson Pc suite "disc to phone" which you can download at the sony ericsson site for free. Or you can connect your device as a mass storgage device and go into the folders like its a pc on your drive. Another option would be to connect via bluetooth to transfer the files. But your pc needs to have bluetooth first. Hope this helped!

You can simply connect your phone via a USB cable. (mostly those are included in the package when you buy your phone)

Here's what you do:
1. Connect your phone.
2. The phone will ask you in which mode is should operate, choose: File Transfer.
3. Once the drivers are loaded for your phone, go to My computer.
4. Your phone's Memory Stick will appear as "PHONE_CARD" or something similar.
5. Doubleclick it. There are some folders on it.
6. Doubleclick the Music folder.
7. Copy/Paste your music files into the Music directory.
8. When done, disconnect your phone.
9. Your phone will either restart or just go to it's main screen again.
10. In the File Manager on your phone you can see the files if done correctly.

You can use the Walkman software on your phone to organize the files into playlists.
