Question about Sharp KS-ZA10 Rice Cooker

I bought a Sharp rice cooker KS-ZT10 recently from Thailand, then I left the country and returned to UK, started to use it but found rice doesn't cook properly, tried to read the manual, but it's all in Thai, I would like an English manual please, how can I obtain one please?

Dear elsakearney, Please tell me exactly what you did ...what kind of rice you cook.... And I will contact SHARP in Thailand for your manual proplem ... will leave further info here ... Normally, it should be no problem with the computerized one .... this model is quite new .... Will help you to solve it ...dont worry BRGDS, Twilight0
