Lost power at Street level last week and left with a system error code of E000 since. We have no service contract on this copier so we tried powering down, unplugging, nothing resets it. Any idea how to remove error code?

Since there are few techs who can function on telepathy alone, a make and model number is mandatory.
Make; model #; description of problem, and it wouldn't hurt to mention (generally) where you are located.
There isn't a 'generic problem' within even a particular manufacturer's machines; most have varying sets of error codes within series of machines since they may be equipped differently.
