Pc hangs and speed has reduced.. How to locate that PC is is infected by virus

Possible that the server speed is low and so it can cut off , but even if yourr PC is slow due to infections due to virus or malware the speed can drop off as the performance of the PC can be reduced. Have the PC scanned to confirm.

i thing your laptop is problem with virus related fist you are parchesh bootabal antivirus cd and boot form cd and remove the virus and after your laptop is working fine .....ok

If you are sure that no virus infected..check your memory.

hanged,really this is a common problem of every computer made of virus,several factors we can consider it, adware and sometimes your hardisk have a capacity to stored your file,have you ever visit your drive c,left click your drive c,click properties and notice the used and free space,if having large space used about 85-90%,sometime your system move slowly and hange and if you used space exeed to the capacity sometime it won't open anymore.try to check this out delete unnecessary file and picture.

sometime virus infecting your system file until this was corrupted,and slowly shutting down your windows,try to use good anti virus and always update your windows have install to protect against infection.

also maybe you need to upgrade your ram and video card try to add or replace a higher or increase your ram speed and higher
video card capacity,say use a 1gb memory card, and 512 mb of video card.

also, if you want try to restore your windows that are good on previous date that you used that 15 day ago, one week ago you can go there,take note if you do this this will restart your pc and restore your pc in several minutes, be patience then it well tell if restore is finish.but if this does not work go on top procedure.

consider also your sever provider sometime has alow signal
that interrupted your network.

Have you scanned your your computer for antiviruses.sometimes virus can do this.since your system is hanging while browsing there is a possibility of virus infection.
