Question about Sony PlayStation Portable (PSP) Console
There must be something wrong which you can probably not correct yourself. Seems like there's a problem with it's firmware.
Have you been trying to put hacked firmware onto it? If so there's a pretty good chance your PSP is bricked and the following sugestion won't help you.
You can contact Sony for possible solutions to your problem. If it's still under warranty ask them to exchange it for a new one.
You can find contact info on their site. If you tell me your location I can also look it up for you.
