Hi, Click Sony Support and put model number in search bar to download instructional manual copy. Camera model number would start letters DSC-xxx and would be written at bottom. Thanks.

The Sony website has a downloaded PDF manual that is very comprehensive, they expect users to get it themselves instead of providing it, maybe to save on costs. They can make corrections more easily this way also, if they otherwise print it beforehand with errors in it.
