You need to supply more information. there are settings to control this feature but i would need to know information on your system like model number and how you have it hooked to the internet. web monitoring normally uses port 80, so if your hooked to a router you need to open that port to allow it to flow threw to the ip of the machine with the dvr card installed. if your not experienced with setting up networks or changing settings you will have a difficult time but i will try and help.

What Is The minimum internet speed Netfix will streamline and operate decently? Will it work with any internet provider? how to get signal to my Samsung blue ray from my wifi router?

This is from Netflix Website.

Several ISP providers are throttling Netflix because they consume a huge amount of bandwidth that the ISP does not get additional revenue for. Check with your neighbors and see what they are using.
Internet Connection Speed Recommendations Below are the Internet download speed recommendations per stream for playing movies and TV shows through Netflix.
  • 0.5 Megabits per second - Required broadband connection speed
  • 1.5 Megabits per second - Recommended broadband connection speed
  • 3.0 Megabits per second - Recommended for SD quality
  • 5.0 Megabits per second - Recommended for HD quality
  • 25 Megabits per second - Recommended for Ultra HD quality
HD Video Quality
Movies and TV shows we have available in high definition will play in 720p or better with a fast enough internet connection. To watch Netflix in HD, ensure you have an HD plan, then set your video quality setting to High in the Playback Settings for your account.
Netflix Bandwidth Usage
Higher quality video uses more bandwidth than lower-quality video. If your service provider applies a bandwidth or data cap to your Internet service, you canManage Bandwidth Usage by changing the video quality settings to Low or Medium to consume less data.

How do I connect my laptop to the TV?

If you want to view a show or video on your HDTV instead of your laptop computer screen, you will need a HDMI or other cable to connect your computer to the TV. Check your TV (and your computer) to see what types of input/output connections the devices will accept. There are other ways of connecting your HDTV to the Internet to get videos and TV shows: TV Over the Internet

My video does not show picture

If you get only sound and some lines that move around the screen, then Its very likely that you don;t have the proper CODECs for the video to show up.
Look for the video CODECS on the internet, and install them.
Problem solved.!

MY INTERNET EXPLORER DOES NOT SHOW THE PICTURE PROPERLY

Under Tools - Internet options then click the advanced tab scroll down to multimedia and check show pictures. If that is not the issue then the prob lies with your video card settings. Rt click empty desktop then choose properties/ video card settings display tab choose the proper resolution and colors this should fix your pictures.

Im trying to watch full episodes on cbs.com and they keep stuttering or skipping

Could be your internet connection. A slow internet connection can cause this. Test your internet connection at www.speedtest.org Try starting the video and then pause it...see if it continues to load on the progress bar. This will allow the show to buffer. Could be the CBS server also. Try watching the shows on a lower resoloution. Check and make sure your motherboard and video card drivers are up to date. Make sure a virus scanner is not running when you are trying to watch a show...that will slow down your computer.
