I had working on my TC to send the language to English and I had accidently selected "ON' on the lock option and automatically turn of my TV screen. And when I tried to turn it back on it could not but the power indicator keep on. Please assist.
If you forgot your password for this feature, press the following buttons on the remote, one at a time. (Note: You must be in the password entry screen) Press, Mute, Display,Clear and Reset, this unlocks parental controls and you can now re-enter a new password.
OR TRY THIS..
Press and hold Menu on the TV AND volume down on the remote for 3 seconds. Nothing will appear on the screen, and the Parental Controls will unlock, and you can re-enter a new password with the LOCK PARENTAL CONTROLS

any one know what to do? I have the same problem
ok - maybe my problem is a little different. First of all I dont have all the buttons that solution suggested my remote should have, but I am SURE this is the model tv I have. Here's my problem: tv goes on (blue cirlce at botom indicate power is flowing toit) but I am unable to see a picture or hear anything. DVD also does not display. I was watching tv fine the other day, left the room, and when I came back, the remote lights were on and the picture was gona and so was the sound. Had trouble shutting tv off through both remote and directly through tv power buttons. Had to unplug it to "reset" it. Still cannot turn tv off through remote or tv directly (but it will turn on through remote and tv directly). Once on, still no sound and no pic. HELP! Thanks for any suggestions.
