I think you will find that most all RV's come with an online manual. You can either search for your problem online or download the sections you need. BE ADVISED a full download of a manual can require lots of paper and ink cartridges! Fleetwood is good about providing online manuals or parts of a manual dealing with what you are looking for. I have a 2000 Fleetwood 36ft. Class A Motor Home and was able to locate everything I needed from their site. Good luck, and if you still have questions just drop me a line.

If you want to pay about 10 bucks you can find one online under Toshiba replacement manuals. Did you check the Toshiba site first though. Quite often they have there past manuals available online.
